At Alpacore, we stand behind the quality of our alpaca socks and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for socks that have been worn, washed, or used.
Any items returned in used condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Customer Responsibility
If the item received matches the product selected at checkout, but was ordered incorrectly, such as the wrong size, style, or variation, returns are accepted, but return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If we made an error, such as sending the wrong item, or if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return cost and provide a free replacement or full refund.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alpacore.co with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if applicable.
Our support team will provide you with the return instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated time, please first check with your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your item, please return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
Refused Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or non-collection, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
