We are committed to delivering your alpaca socks quickly, securely, and transparently. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.

Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times
After processing, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand. Alpacore is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Tracking information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.
If your tracking link shows no updates after 4 business days, please contact us at support@alpacore.co and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs, duties & taxes
All orders ship internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authority upon arrival.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to predict or cover these fees, as they vary by country and shipment value. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
Refusing a package due to customs fees does not qualify for a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link for the latest updates.
If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if the estimated window has passed, contact us at support@alpacore.co with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost parcels will be reshipped or refunded at our discretion.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery details.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur additional reshipment costs, which are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.
