We usually post orders placed before 1pm on the same day. From time to time there may be up to a 24 hour delay due to peak periods.

We expect your package to arrive in 1-3 business days for metro areas and 3-10 business days for non metro areas, however this changes depending on your location and current congestion times.

You may have noticed that some of our items have estimated shipping/dispatch dates. This happens when an item is out of stock. A pre-order means that we are currently out of stock but you are able to still place an order so your order is sent out as soon as we receive our stock for that item.

We try to send out all orders as fast as we can. However, there may be a few reasons why your order hasn't shipped yet:

1. Your order is a pre-order. We are currently out of stock but will ship as soon as stock arrives.

2. It is a holiday or sales period. Processing times may be longer due to high volume.

3. There is an error with your order. Issues with details or payment. Please contact support.

If you have multiple items in the same order, we usually send our items together, but in separate parcels as they are bulky. AusPost usually delivers them together, but sometimes they accidentally separate them. If this happens, the other parcel(s) should arrive in the next few days.

To use Afterpay, once you have put in your shipping details the next screen will show you all of your payment options. Select Afterpay and you will be redirected to their website to complete the purchase.

We are not a registered NDIS provider but we can certainly make an invoice which you can pay yourself or send to your plan manager. Please email us with your product details, shipping address, and NDIS participant details.

Our system only allows for one discount to be applied per order. We recommend using the one that gives you the largest discount.

Acupressure Mat: Remove inner foam, gently hand wash cover with mild detergent. Air dry.

CloudPad: Cover is machine washable on warm gentle cycle. Air dry flat in shade.

Duvet: Cold gentle machine wash separately. Line dry in shade.

Bed Sheets: Cold gentle machine wash (max 30°C). Air dry recommended.

Mattress Toppers: Spot clean for minor stains. For deeper clean, cold/warm hand wash. Air dry outside.

Weighted Blanket: Remove inner, cold machine wash cover. Inner: spot clean only.

Yes! All of our products come with a 1 year warranty.

Acupressure Mat: Not suitable for small children under 10.

Weighted Blankets: Should not be used on children under 10. Never use on children under 5.

Relax Mat: Suitable for all ages.

While our products are generally safe, we cannot give medical advice. We always advise you to talk to your doctor before using them if you have specific medical conditions.

We generally advise against using the acupressure mat while pregnant as a precaution. Please discuss with your doctor first.

Acupressure mats mimic the ancient technique of acupressure to reproduce the benefits and make the practice more widely available.

If your mattress is extra deep or your sheets are very tight, you may need to use extra deep sheets or sheets of the next size up.

Our toppers are quite neutral in terms of heat. They are great for all seasons.

Yes, they are very popular for caravans! If your mattress isn't a standard size, measure the dimensions and match it as close as you can to the sizes we offer.

We recommend getting the same sized topper as your bed (e.g. Queen bed = Queen topper).

We cannot guarantee that our topper does not contain any allergens. It does not contain latex directly but is made in the same facility as latex products.

Yes! You can put an electric blanket on top of your Mattress Topper. Do not place it underneath.

The Relax Mat is a 35mm thick tatami memory foam mat. It has a stain and water resistant outer coat and a high density foam inner. Great for napping, playing and relaxing.

In extremely rare cases (usually old floors) the non-slip bottom can react with polish. We recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first.

We recommend opening it and lying it flat for 1-6 hours. You can also use an iron/steamer on minimum heat and max steam to remove creases.

The Relax Mat is 35mm thick.

Muscle Mat has the deepest bed sheets in Australia. At 50cm deep they will fit all mattresses in Australia.
